So then she demanded to talk to the owner of the yard. Again I told her that she was doing and that what my staff member had told her was very much the case. Leave within four hours or be charged full price until she left. The woman went off in a rather bad mood and rang her husband and was yelling down the phone at him. I then told her to either get off the yard or reduce her volume… She did both, thankfully. Her husband arrived with the horse lorry, physically picked her up mid rant and put her in the cab and slammed the door. He then came to me, shook my hand and apologised. He then fetched the ponies, loaded them up and left, again apologising as he drove away.
