So a good UX designer first try to know about the potential user and then utilize that knowledge for creating wireframes and prototypes. In some companies UI and UX developer are same and in some companies they have different departments for UI and UX. I suggest you don’t create a Line between UI and UX they are interrelated you need both of them to create good application.
