Depending on who you believe, the work-ready population of the Philippines is somewhere between 30 and 60 million people. For the most part, English language skills are pretty good and their cultural understanding of countries like the United States and Australia is very good. For Australia, there is the added advantage of the time zone alignment with Perth and only two hours difference with the major Australian cities on the east coast.
