Europeans to imagine could possibly be real. Also, even if it is true that Europeans in the customer service industry are better paid as is often used as an excuse on Quora how does that justify their poor treatment of clients? Because they are better paid they don’t have to worry about customers being satisfied with the service? It doesn’t make much sense to me.
