When we got to site and spudded down to secure the barge a small fiberglass runabout came out with two men onboard. They came along side us and one of the men jumped onto the barge and started barking orders and saying he wasn’t paying for three divers (which -3 man dive crew for this type of work is law for commercial companies), he wasn’t going to pay for the crane while it wasn’t running and now that we were on site and the tug was not running he wasn’t going to pay for it. He was the owner of the sunken boat.
