Why waste money on employees that do the bare minimum or just work the 9–5? You want people who are willing to put their life on the line for your cause. You just need to find someone who is desperate enough to work for next to nothing. You don’t have to worry about employees leaking company secrets. Employee engagement has mostly already been taken care of as you hired someone who is deeply impoverished, but just in case its nice to dangle a gun in front of them if they are feeling less than motivated. If you feel like payroll has become a little too much of an expense, no problem, just kill the workers after the job is done!
