No, it’s almost like it got worse. He was finding things of hers that had value and “stealing” them so he could have money to take his worthless girlfriend out to eat. He did finally get a job at a 24 hour gas station/convenience store and that took precedence over everything. I would ask him to do simple things and it was always he had to go to work in a bit. Plus he was intruding on my social life, I was dating a little and had a FWB but my times with them was constantly being interrupted because he would do things that I would tell (advise) him not to, get in a jam and I would have to drop everything to help him.
