At first glance there is nothing wrong with the business of Hajj travel in Indonesia. Many private tours and travel companies offered this service. So do the Indonesian government. The problem arise because of the “limited slots” offered by the Saudi’s. Indonesia as the world largest Muslim nation has more than 200 million Muslims, yet the Saudi government only allocated 200 thousand pilgrims slots per year for the country.
