American business models have been partly impacted by American cultural values. I also believe that one business that has really affected American business as a whole is Disney World. Disney World’s customer service strategy is wrapped in exceptional service, friendliness, and spotlessness. Giving regular people the luxury treatment. And it works like a charm—it’s one of the many reasons so many people from around the globe go there. Businesses went “hey, we could improve our business if we did that,” and here we are.
