No one cares, even if they did my work ethic and ability to throw down in the kitchen keeps me in a job. Not saying I am not replaceable we all are but with the kids coming into the work force today. OMG they grew up on the food channel and think they can walk into a kitchen and can call themselves a chef. I have been an Executive Chef, EX Sous Chef, Sous Chef. I am a CEC, CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE CHEF. To get where I am at takes years of hard work from the bottom. Calling yourself chef when you haven’t paid your dues. Is disrespectful under any circumstances. It’s like a nurse calling themselves a doctor just not right. Sorry got side tracked good luck! This is how I dress at work now!
