These are very harmful things to teach young girls. These girls will carry these thoughts with them to adulthood. They will spend their lives setting themselves on fire to keep others warm, to quote Johann Fakhimi. They will move through life depending on one man to the other. Thinking poorly of themselves. Not taking risks because that is something so very, very masculine- how could a woman ever try to do something without a man?
